Cooper Cromar recently won the Commercial Workplace Award for 110 Queen Street at the Regional British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards 2016.
"Glasgow’s 110 Queen Street was praised for providing much needed, high quality Grade A office accommodation in the heart of Glasgow city centre. Intentionally incongruous given its conservation area location, the building was commended for its bold, elegant and sleek curved façade. The success of any office is best measured by its occupation and the judges praised 110 Queen Street for securing substantial pre-lets to a range of demanding corporate occupiers."
All winners from the Regional Awards will compete in their categories at a national level and will also bid to win the property sector's respected BCO 'Best of the Best' award.
The National Awards Dinner 2016 will be held on Tuesday, 4 October at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
