Annan House in Aberdeen, a bespoke 120,000ft² eight-storey, Grade ‘A’ office development, has opened its doors to a workforce of up to 800 people.
Located on the site of the former neglected and derelict Seafood Park in the Aberdeen harbour area, the building is the new North Sea headquarters for EnQuest - the largest independent UK oil producer in the North Sea.
The development occupies a prime position on Palmerston Road, and is defined by a prominent glazed corner element marking the entrance to a spacious double-height entrance foyer and entrance hall which accesses the seven open plan office floors above.
Drum Property Group, Chief Executive - Graeme Bone said: “The development has provided a purpose-built solution for EnQuest and supports the company’s expansion. But, more generally, our proposals have led to the physical regeneration of a neglected and rundown area of the City and also act as a catalyst in generating additional long-term economic activity for the Aberdeen harbour area and City in general.”
