Cooper Cromar’s latest development for Glasgow Housing Association (GHA) has commenced on site in Scotstoun following the demolishment of two multi-storey towers at Kingsway Court.
The £10.8m development will provide 116 new homes across a mix of houses, amenity flats and four-six storey flat blocks.
The buildings will form a whole urban block, creating an internal amenity garden which forms the heart of the development. Existing pedestrian routes throughout the wider site are enhanced with new pathways linking this area to the retained multi storey blocks and existing play areas.
The homes will help GHA with the re-housing of tenants whose homes are being demolished as part of the wider regeneration of the area.
