Two residential developments in Glasgow, designed by Cooper Cromar for Sanctuary Housing Association, are currently on-site.
The first development at Holmbank Avenue, adjacent to the White Cart Water in the South of Glasgow, is being constructed on the site of a former garage and will provide 39 new apartments over six storeys.
The second development consists of 109 new residential units, comprising apartments and maisonettes arranged in four 5-6 storey blocks, close to Glasgow City Centre.
This development forms the third phase of Sanctuary Scotland’s £50 million regeneration of Anderston, Glasgow. The buildings look to make a dynamic and lasting contribution to the area as a whole through their careful placement and considered palette of materials which complement both the existing tenements and earlier phases of the masterplan.
Holmbank Avenue is due for completion in October, followed by Anderston Phase Three early next year.
