Latest development for Places for People due to commence on site

The third phase of Places for People’s Harvesters Way development, located on a brownfield site near Wester Hailes to the North West of Scotland’s capital, is due to commence on site.

The first two phases of the development, also designed by Cooper Cromar, provided a total of 168 modern, high-spec new apartments, houses and townhouses for sale. The latest phase will add an additional 183 homes, within two fully enclosed landscaped squares, with a designing streets and places approach to the public realm.

The development not only responds architecturally to the context of the site, but also provides a high quality of design with contemporary detailing within a budget which is attractive to the open market.
