Braidfute Retail Park comprises 90,000ft² of retail space providing a mixture of units ranging from 5,000ft² - 25,000ft², with articulated vehicle standard rear service area and public car parking for approximately 350 cars, including disabled parking provision.


The central anchor unit to the development is a 25,000ft2 Homebase with adjacent garden centre.


Further expansion of the development is possible through the phased delivery of further mixed-use commercial, and possible food retail units, providing a fully complement of end users to the development.


There are two existing ‘B’ listed structures within the site which have been carefully retained with the possibility of them providing food/leisure facilities for the community of Lanark.
