Ballater Street is a residential development comprising 90 units of varying sizes, situated on the banks of the Clyde in Glasgow’s City Centre.
The development provides a distinctive landmark frontage to the Clyde’s pedestrian walkway in the form of enhanced five storey flatted blocks, and continues a three to four storey tenemental scale onto Ballater Street.
In between these higher blocks are lower elements that provide terraced housing with private front gardens acting as a clearly delineated defensible space. The whole form creates an attractive and secure internal amenity courtyard.
