Bryant Homes/Taylor Woodrow

£31m

Overlooking the Firth of Forth, this prestigious residential development consists of 277 apartments, housed in two stylish buildings, creating a distinctive landmark on Leith’s waterfront skyline.

The buildings, varying in height from 6 to 16 storeys, form a whole urban block creating an internal courtyard. Residents are also provided with individual underground secure parking, conserving space and maintaining the area’s stylish profile.

The buildings are concrete framed with a post tensioned flat slab. For the façades a white aluminium rainscreen cladding is used on the upper levels, with blue and bronze highlights in an aluminium rainscreen plank providing additional visual interest. A grey granite rainscreen is used around the base of the building.

The waterside apartments offer dual-aspect views over the river and across the city and its castle.
