310 St Vincent Street is the former Dalmore House, headquarters of the Whyte and MacKay whisky company. The company moved premises in November 2015 to the adjacent St Vincent Plaza and Dalmore House was acquired by London based real estate company Praxis Holdings.
Having explored various re-development options Cooper Cromar led a £7m proposal to comprehensively refurbish the 77,000 sqft property, which includes an extended planar glass and granite entrance pavilion, remodelled reception hall, new core facilities, refurbished office space, new MEP installation and fully BCO compliant cyclist facilities.
On completion the property has delivered flexible open plan office space rivalling new build office developments within the City. The building became ready for occupation in September 2017.
