This project involved the partial overcladding in stone of an existing glazed 70s/80s city centre office building at lower levels combined with significantly enhanced reception/entrance and a full internal upgrade to bring an existing office location back to the market.
This £3m project provides over 31,000 sqft of office space over eight floors. Blonde sandstone replaces the red granite at ground and first floor and the reception has been completely overhauled to provide a larger area with an imposing entrance.
Utilisation of an existing first floor roof into an accessible roof top terrace with illuminated glass balustrade and seating areas. Upgrades cycle facilities with showers, body dryers, heated towel storage and bluetooth music facility. Other facilities include a golf simulator, Irn-Bru drinking fountain and visitor IT suite.
