Rutherglen Park is a major 28 acre regeneration project comprising 100,000ft² Tesco Extra, 120 residential units, 80,000ft² self storage facility for Safestore Plc, 70,000ft² of class 4, 5 and 6, and future development opportunities.


The Park has been developed on the site of the former Dalmarnock Trading Estate and ropeworks factory, redundant, contaminated and flood prone it lay derelict for many years.


This is classic brownfield regeneration at work. Engaging closely with the community through detailed consultation process and the local authority, a derelict and contaminated site has been transformed into a vibrant place in which to work, shop and live. The Reel of Three, located at the entrance to Rutherglen Park is a fine example of developer sponsored public art.
